Governance
The Harvard Veterans Alumni Organization is duly organized and will be run in accordance with the following Articles of Organization, By-Laws, and requirements of the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(19) non profit corporation. In addition, while independent, HVAO will abide by the Operating Principles for SIGs, as established by the Harvard Alumni Association, and its SIG Trademark Policy.
Pursuant to the Concept Proposal submitted to HAA, the Harvard Veterans Alumni Organization is apolitical in purpose and action.

PARTICIPATE IN, AND HELP TO GROW THE HARVARD VETERANS ALUMNI ORGANIZATION
We encourage all who have both a Harvard and a US Military affiliation to support the Harvard Veterans Alumni Organization by simply registering at one of the options listed. There are no dues or obligation required, as we build the roster of Harvard Veterans.
